MIGZVERSE Legal and Participation Framework

MIGZVERSE is designed as a cinematic, interactive, and persistent digital entertainment world. The platform may include music, storytelling, visual media, fictional locations, adaptive characters, account progression, hidden discoveries, future virtual currency systems, merchandise, user-generated interactions, and AI-assisted experiences. The purpose of this legal framework is to protect Migz Corp, the MIGZVERSE platform, its intellectual property, its fictional characters, its future systems, and its participants while preserving the immersive nature of the experience.

By accessing MIGZVERSE, creating or linking an account, synchronizing through a Google authentication flow, interacting with characters, using persistent features, making purchases, submitting content, or using future platform systems, the visitor or participant agrees to these terms. If a person does not agree, that person should not proceed with synchronization or use persistent features.

MIGZVERSE is an entertainment experience. It is not a medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, emergency, law-enforcement, or crisis-support service. Fictional characters, AI-assisted systems, NPCs, narrative interfaces, and persistent dialogue systems are provided for entertainment, storytelling, engagement, and platform navigation only.

Terms of Service

Terms Governing Use of MIGZVERSE

MIGZVERSE is owned and operated by Migz Corp, a Delaware corporation, file number 4564143. These Terms of Service govern access to the MIGZVERSE website, related pages, interactive features, account systems, fictional locations, AI-assisted interfaces, character interactions, digital systems, merchandise areas, future applications, and any associated services released under the MIGZVERSE or MIGZ brands.

Use of MIGZVERSE is permitted only for lawful, personal, entertainment-oriented purposes. Migz Corp grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these terms. No part of the platform may be copied, scraped, reverse engineered, resold, commercially exploited, used to train competing systems, or republished except as expressly authorized by Migz Corp in writing.

Migz Corp may modify, suspend, limit, expand, test, remove, or discontinue any feature of MIGZVERSE at any time. Because MIGZVERSE is an evolving interactive world, features may change without notice. Dialogue systems, AI-assisted systems, fictional relationships, progression systems, currencies, digital items, discoveries, and availability may be adjusted as the platform develops.

Participants are responsible for maintaining account access, device security, and lawful use of the platform. Participants are also responsible for decisions they make outside the platform. MIGZVERSE interactions should never be treated as commands, professional advice, real-world instructions, or authority for conduct in the physical world.

Privacy Policy

Privacy, Data Collection, and Retention

MIGZVERSE may collect and process information needed to operate persistent entertainment features. This may include account identifiers, Google-linked authentication information, email address, display name, synchronization state, participation acceptance records, progression data, artifact state, relationship variables, dialogue flags, location visits within the platform, unlock history, user preferences, transaction records, moderation flags, and technical information needed for security and operation.

When Google authentication is used, the authentication provider may supply limited account information necessary to create or restore a synchronized MIGZVERSE profile. Migz Corp does not control Google’s systems, policies, authentication infrastructure, or data practices. Users remain subject to the applicable third-party provider terms and privacy policies.

Persistent features may require storage in backend systems such as Supabase or future platform infrastructure. Browser storage, including localStorage, may be used for temporary state, interface preferences, pre-link experience state, and non-authoritative display behavior. Official account progression, wallet balances, ownership status, or purchase-related records should be stored on secure server-side systems rather than treated as authoritative in the browser.

Migz Corp may retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain platform integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve safety, and support account continuity. Participants may request review or deletion of certain data where required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

MIGZVERSE may use data to personalize entertainment experiences, restore progression, improve fictional character continuity, manage virtual systems, detect abuse, enforce conduct rules, process purchases, maintain security, and develop future platform features. Data is not collected for medical diagnosis, therapy, emergency intervention, legal advice, or financial advising.

Participation Agreement

From Visitor to Participant

A visitor becomes a participant when they link an identity, synchronize through the MIGZVERSE experience, accept the participation notice, initialize persistent features, or otherwise use account-based interactive systems. Participation means the user is not merely viewing static website content. The participant may influence fictional reactions, progression state, discoveries, character responses, personalization, account history, and future unlocks.

Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, ownership, fiduciary duty, professional reliance, emotional dependency obligations, or real-world relationships with Migz Corp, MIGZVERSE characters, AI-assisted systems, NPCs, artifact systems, or any fictional entity. Any relationship state, trust state, affinity score, memory flag, status label, or character reaction is part of the fictional entertainment design.

Participants acknowledge that MIGZVERSE may remember certain interactions, choices, or states for continuity. Such memory is a technical and narrative device. It is not psychological profiling for treatment, emotional care, therapeutic assessment, or professional evaluation.

AI / NPC Systems

Adaptive Character and AI Disclosure

MIGZVERSE may include AI-assisted characters, scripted characters, NPCs, procedural dialogue systems, deterministic logic, generative systems, narrative state machines, future machine learning systems, and fictional companion interfaces. Artifact systems, Cybergirl, future NPCs, and other in-world entities may appear to react, remember, refuse, evolve, or develop relationship states. These reactions are fictional entertainment behaviors.

No MIGZVERSE character is a doctor, lawyer, therapist, financial adviser, emergency responder, law enforcement officer, or licensed professional. Characters may use dramatic language, mystery, humor, emotional tone, futuristic terminology, or immersive fiction. Such presentation does not convert a fictional interaction into professional advice or real-world instruction.

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, outdated, unexpected, or inappropriate for real-world reliance. Participants should independently verify anything important outside the experience with qualified professionals or authoritative sources. Migz Corp may use filters, moderation rules, safety systems, escalation notices, content restrictions, and account limitations to reduce risk, but no automated system is perfect.

If a participant expresses self-harm, threats, violent intent, criminal intent, exploitation, or other unsafe behavior, MIGZVERSE may interrupt immersion, restrict features, provide crisis resources, log moderation flags, refuse roleplay, or suspend access. Migz Corp does not guarantee crisis detection, intervention, or real-time monitoring.

Conduct

User Responsibility and Conduct Rules

Participants may not use MIGZVERSE to threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, stalk, impersonate, intimidate, manipulate, abuse, or harm others. Participants may not attempt to bypass platform security, manipulate virtual currency, exploit bugs, automate abusive interactions, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape protected content, or interfere with the operation of MIGZVERSE.

Participants may not submit or generate unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually abusive, violent, terrorist, self-harm-promoting, or otherwise harmful content. Migz Corp reserves the right to moderate, remove, restrict, review, preserve, or report content where necessary to protect the platform, users, legal compliance, and public safety.

Migz Corp may suspend, terminate, restrict, or downgrade access for users who violate these terms, create legal risk, attempt fraud, abuse fictional characters or systems in ways that trigger safety restrictions, exploit technical weaknesses, misuse purchases, or disrupt the platform. Suspension may be temporary, indefinite, or permanent.

Virtual Currency

Virtual Currency, Energy, Tokens, and Digital Items

MIGZVERSE may introduce virtual systems including Signal Energy, Neon Credits, Appreciation Tokens, artifacts, upgrades, unlocks, inventory items, cosmetic items, digital collectibles, access passes, or other in-world resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these systems are fictional entertainment licenses. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not stored value accounts, are not securities, are not bank deposits, and may not be redeemed for real money.

Free daily interaction resources, such as Signal Energy, may expire, reset, or be limited to encourage fair use and prevent stockpiling. Persistent in-world currency may be stored in account systems and used for fictional unlocks, cosmetics, services, or progression. Support-linked reward tokens may recognize participation or purchases but should not directly purchase trust, emotional outcomes, or guaranteed character relationships.

Migz Corp may modify balances, correct errors, reverse fraudulent transactions, remove exploited items, limit transfers, restrict redemptions, adjust economies, and discontinue virtual systems. Browser-stored values are not authoritative. Server-side records and transaction logs should control official balances and ownership states.

Purchases

Merchandise, Digital Products, and Refund Policies

MIGZVERSE may offer physical merchandise, apparel, posters, books, collectibles, digital products, access features, event-related benefits, or promotional items. Purchase terms may vary by product type, seller, fulfillment partner, payment processor, jurisdiction, and platform rules. Product pages should identify the item, seller or fulfillment pathway, shipping expectations, return rules, refund eligibility, and any applicable limitations.

Physical merchandise refunds may depend on damage, fulfillment error, product condition, timing, shipping carrier issues, and return eligibility. Digital purchases, virtual currency, digital items, access passes, and activated features are generally final once delivered or used, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer.

Promotional rewards, Appreciation Tokens, unlocks, or in-world recognition connected to purchases are discretionary platform benefits and do not create ownership of MIGZVERSE systems, characters, source code, artwork, names, trademarks, or future features.

User Content

User-Generated Content Framework

If MIGZVERSE allows participants to submit notes, journal entries, comments, uploads, prompts, messages, character interactions, fan content, creative submissions, or other user-generated content, participants retain ownership of their original content to the extent they legally own it. By submitting content, participants grant Migz Corp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, moderate, distribute, promote, and use that content in connection with MIGZVERSE, MIGZ, Migz Corp, related services, promotional materials, platform operations, safety enforcement, and future feature development.

Participants may not submit content they do not have the right to use. Participants are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, confidentiality, defamation, criminal, or other legal rights. Migz Corp may remove content at any time and may preserve or disclose content where required by law or needed for safety, enforcement, or legal defense.

Intellectual Property

Copyright, Trademark, Characters, and Originality

MIGZVERSE, MIGZ, related names, logos, characters, interfaces, code, artwork, videos, music, lore, page designs, fictional districts, artifacts, dialogue, systems, currencies, visual identities, and other creative materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, contract rights, and other applicable laws. MIGZ™ and related brand assets are owned by Migz Corp.

Characters and settings appearing in MIGZVERSE are fictional and original unless otherwise stated. Any resemblance to actual persons, places, entities, copyrighted works, fictional characters, or events is coincidental unless expressly identified. MIGZVERSE may be inspired by broad genres, artistic traditions, cyberpunk aesthetics, science fiction, fantasy, music culture, game systems, and interactive storytelling, but it is not intended to infringe third-party intellectual property.

Participants may not reproduce, resell, clone, scrape, train competing AI systems on, tokenize, redistribute, or commercially exploit MIGZVERSE assets without written authorization. Fan activity, if later permitted, should be governed by a separate fan content policy.

Disclaimers

No Professional Advice, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability

MIGZVERSE is provided as an entertainment experience on an as-is and as-available basis. Migz Corp does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, complete accuracy, preservation of progression, preservation of digital items, availability of features, compatibility with all devices, or continuous access to third-party systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migz Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, emotional, reputational, financial, or business damages arising out of or related to use of MIGZVERSE. Migz Corp is not responsible for real-world actions allegedly influenced by fictional interactions, AI-assisted outputs, character dialogue, game systems, narrative events, or participant interpretations.

Nothing in MIGZVERSE should be used as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, or safety advice. Participants must use independent judgment and seek qualified assistance where appropriate.

Jurisdiction

Governing Law and Ownership Statement

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

MIGZVERSE is owned and operated by Migz Corp, Delaware corporation file number 4564143. All ownership, licensing, enforcement, and policy decisions remain reserved to Migz Corp unless expressly delegated in writing.

Privacy Controls

Privacy Center and Participant Controls

Participants may review the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Signal Synchronization notice, and AI/NPC disclosures from this page. Participants who are signed into MIGZVERSE may export a copy of their current account data, sign out their MIGZVERSE sessions across devices, and permanently delete the authenticated MIGZVERSE account from this Privacy Center.

Account deletion is permanent. Under the current account model, deletion removes the authenticated MIGZVERSE account and account-bound progression tied to that identity. Some information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.
